做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
