做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
