做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
