做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
