做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
