做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
