做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
