做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
