做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
