做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
