做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
