做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
