做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
