做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
