做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
