做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
