做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
