做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
