做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
