做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
