做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
