做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
