做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
