做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
