做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
