做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
