做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
