做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
