做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
