做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
