做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
