做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
