做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
