做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
