做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
