做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
