做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
