做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
