做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
