做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
