做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
