做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
