做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
