做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
