做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
