做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
