做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
