做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
