做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
