做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
